TimSmile™ offers a standard fastest shipping for both Uganda and International.

• We Use SafeBoda and Posta Uganda for Our Deliveries.  
• We are not responsible for tax imposed on a customer by their local tax authorities.
• We are not responsible for any delay caused by courier within your home country. We advice you to directly contact your nearest postal office for guide.

If your package got damaged ( with picture prove), we will re-send to you a replacement.

We do not accept refund for any delay caused by courier in your home country.
