We are an online Store based at Fortune Plaza SF09, Arua Park, Kampala, Uganda.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

You will be informed immediately by our helpful customer service once your order is on the way. This can be by message or call. 

Our deliveries are fast! For Kampala Orders, 1-2 hours delivery if you place your order NOT later than 5pm. Other Parts of Uganda ranges 2-24Hrs.

International deliveries ranges 1-14 days. In an event that you haven't received your order, don't panic. Get directly to Us.  

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?

No worries! Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process - we'll send you a prepaid mailer to send the item back. Please refer to the shipping and return terms.
